All payments made to Vertex Investing are strictly final and non-refundable. This applies to every product and service we offer, including but not limited to: The Blueprint, The Blueprint PDF, Blueprint Algo, the Mentorship Program, and any future products or subscriptions.

By proceeding to payment and completing a transaction, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you are forfeiting any right to a refund, chargeback, or reversal of funds. This includes disputes raised through your bank, credit card provider, payment processor, or any other third party.

Refund requests will not be considered under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to utilise the product or service, dissatisfaction with content, inability to access Discord or other platforms, or perceived lack of results.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, we cannot accept returns or grant refunds once a transaction has been completed.

Any unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute initiated against Vertex Investing may result in immediate termination of your access to all products, Discord communities, and future services, without notice or compensation.

All content, materials, methodologies, algorithms, educational resources, branding, graphics, logos, text, videos, and software provided by Vertex Investing are the exclusive intellectual property of Vertex Investing and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, share, resell, sublicense, transmit, or otherwise make available any portion of our products or content, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

The Blueprint trading methodology, including its entry criteria, risk management rules, and algorithmic logic, is proprietary. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your own private trading and education only.

Unauthorised sharing, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any Vertex Investing materials will be treated as a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.

The Vertex name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of Vertex Investing. No individual or entity may use these without express written permission.
